POLENTA WITH TALEGGIO CHEESE
What is polenta?
Polenta is a food usually made with corn flour, water and salt. It is a typical dish in Northern Italy, in some regions of Switzerland, Austria, Romany as well as in Moldavia and in the Balcans.

200 g corn flour
150 g soft Taleggio cheese
2 tbsp milk
50 g butter
And now... we will let you in on the secret!
Bring the water to boiling temperature; add some salt and pour the corn flour into it little by little. Let it cook 45 minutes. Take care that the polenta always remains very soft. At the end, pour the Taleggio cheese previously cut into small pieces into the milk, mixing gently. Add the Taleggio cream and the melted butter to the polenta; mix vigorously and serve.
