Ingredients (for 6 people)
300 g of left-
100 g of cooked ham or mortadella
2 tbsp of plain flour
3 glasses of milk
grated parmesan cheese
oil, to taste
salt, to taste
Rather finely chop the meat and the ham (or the mortadella).
Stir in the flour with the milk and boil it, continuously mixing.
Add the salt, the nutmeg and some Parmesan cheese and then remove from the fire.
Add to the mixture the chopped meat and let it cool.
Take a spoon of the mixture, form a ball and coat it in the grated bread; then dip it in the beaten egg and again in the grated bread.
In the end deep fry the meat ball in olive oil.
Serve the croquettes still hot accompanied with potatoes and fried courgettes.
